Q1. Can I order over the phone?
A1. Unfortunately not. We can only accept payment via our online secure payment providers Paypal or Protx, or by cheque. These options are made available to you during the order process.
Q2. I have a Maestro card but Protx does not accept this payment type, how can I pay?
A2. Choose 'Paypal' as your payment type. When through to the Paypal payment screen, click 'continue' where it asks you 'Don't have a Paypal account?'. On the next screen choose your country from the drop-down menu, then choose Maestro from the drop-down payment type menu and follow the payment process through as normal.
Q3. Do you have a shop I can visit?
A3. No, in order to keep our products competitively priced we sell all our products through our website www.airweaver.co.uk only.
Q4. Can I choose a colour for my product?
A4. Some products allow you to choose a colour from the drop-down menu, but many products have regularly changing colour choices so you will need to email us if you require one in particular.
Q5. Do you sell left-handed boomerangs?
A5. Yes! We offer several of our boomerangs in left-handed configurations. When ordering the item there is a drop-down menu that will allow you to specify the right- or left-handed version.
Q6. What countries do you deliver to?
A6. We deliver to the UK (FREE postage & packaging) and Europe (£2.40 flat rate postage & packaging per order). When ordering you will be given a choice of countries to select when entering your delivery address details.
Q7. I have paid using my Paypal account but my order is still in status payment pending?
A7. If there are insufficient funds in your Paypal account it can take up to 10 days for your payment to clear. Once the payment has gone through your order will automatically be marked for delivery and dispatched.
